Please complete the following form to request a temporary VPSA enrollment hold lift. VPSA holds are placed on student accounts as a result of uncompleted conduct sanctions. Assigned conduct sanctions must be completed for account holds to be permanently removed. Temporary hold lifts will be processed in the order received and your account hold should be lifted within two business days after completion of this form. Temporary hold lifts expire and account holds will be replaced on the Friday of the week you have submitted this request. Please utilize this time to complete your enrollment process.
